By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto H.M. Whitney for the consideration of Dollars, $ paid into the Treasury. The transfer to the Territory of Hawaii by the said H.M. Whitney of certain land situate in the District of Hilo, Island of Hawaii, as evidenced by that certain Deed of the said H.M. Whitney to the Territory of Hawaii of even date herewith and of record in the office of the Regist ....
