By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto C.W. Booth for the consideration of     Dollars   paid into the Treasury. The transfer to the Territory of Hawaii by the said C.W. Booth, of certain land situate on Likelike and Punchbowl Streets, as evidenced by that certain Deed of the said C.W. Booth and Elizabeth K. Booth to the Territory of Hawaii of even date herewith and upon Transfer Certificate of Title #208 of the Court of Land Registration has been issued. all of land situate at Kapaloa, Pauoa Valley, in the District of Kona, Island of Oahu bounded and described as follows:

Lot No. 1.
Beginning at the intersection of the stone walls at the South corner of Land Commission Award 1351, Apana 2 to Kamakainau, the coordinates of said point referred to Government Survey Trig. Station “Puowaina” being 2975.1 feet North and 3953.1 feet East, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2461, and running by true azimuths:
1. 55° 05' 295.0 feet along stone wall;
2. 79° 40' 89.5 feet along same;
3. 62° 40' 186.0 feet along same;
4. 151° 20' 174.0 feet along Land Commission Award 1355:2 to Kekuanoni;
5. Thence following along the Southeast edge of stream, the direct azimuth and distance being: 222° 55' 486.0 ....

2. Thence following along the Southeast edge of stream, the direct azimuth and distance being: 256° 43' 334.6 feet;

4. 61° 30' 130.0 feet along old wall;
5. 149° 50' 58.1 feet along Land Commission Award 3145 to Laenui;
6. 76° 10' 63.0 feet along same;
7. 62° 22' 133.0 feet along same to the point of beginning.

Excepting and reserving therefrom any right or claim which the Territory of Hawaii may or might have in and to the upper spring known as Kahuawai Spring in said Pauoa Valley.
