By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Charles Furneaux, for the consideration of Dollars $, paid into the Treasury.
The transfer to the Territory of Hawaii by the said Charles Furneaux of certain lands situate in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii, Territory of Hawaii as evidenced by that certain Deed of the said Charles Furneaux to the Territory of Hawaii of even date herewith and of record in the office of the Registrar of Conveyances at Honolulu, Island and County of Oahu in Liber 296, at pages 26 et seq., all of land situate at Olaa, in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii bounded ....
