By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto W.C. Aichi, for the consideration of One Dollars, $1 00/100 paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of a deed to the Government of the Territory of Hawaii of land situate at Kalihi, District of Kona, Island of Oahu, required for a Quarry from W.C. Achi, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
The Patentee to maintain a good and sufficient fence along the makai boundary of this lot according to the terms of a certain contract between the ....
