To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the one whose name is belor, hereby state my claim for a mo`o at Keonepanee, a single lo`i called Pai, in the `ili of Kapapawaa. Far mauka in Kalihi is a cultivated valley where taro and other vegetable foods are grown, in the `ili of Huea is a place called Kapoho. I will describe the boundaries when I am sent for. This is in Kalihi.

Pao, sworn, It is true no one had objected to the two patches at Kalua-palena, but when Kanepaina died, he had bequested his land to his wife, Kahalekapa, in 1849 and at that same time, she gave those patches to me. I had had them to this time. No one has objected.
