By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto Mrs. Annie de la Nux for the consideration of One Thousand and Seventy-two Dollars ($1072 00/100) paid into the Treasury And for the further consideration of her having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale dated October 16th 1897, all that piece of land situate at Niupea, in the District of Hamakua ....
