By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto W. Kamau for the consideration of Two Hundred and Ninety-One Dollars ($291 00/100) paid into the Treasury And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale dated July 25th 1895, all that piece of land situate at Kamaili, in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii, and described as follows:
