By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto J.G. Rothwell for the consideration of Seven Hundred and thirty Dollars ($730.00/100) paid into the Treasury And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale Dated November 23, 1897, all that piece of land situate at Tantalus, Honolulu, in the District of Kona, Island of Oahu, and described as follows:
