On contract for exchange of lands made between Alexander Young, Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Hawaii and the Oahu Railway and Land Company, as set out in correspondence between the dates of November 16th and December 6th, 1899.
By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto The Oahu Railway and Land Company, a corporation existing and carrying on business on the Island of Oahu under and by virtue of the Territory of Hawaii, for the consideration of One Dollars ($1.00) paid into the Treasury, and for the further consideration of the conveyance by said Oahu Railway and Land Company to the Superintendent of Public Works, for the use and benefit of the Territory of Hawaii, of a certain tract of land, being a portion of the land described in Royal Patent 7793, Royal Patent 1879½ and Land Commission Award 6236, by deed of even date herewith and in exchange for said land last named, and in

North 33 ° 21' West 320 feet along R.P. 7793, Thence
South 11° 50' East 820 feet, Thence
North 35° -- East 118 feet, Thence
North 56° -- East 84 feet, Thence
North 64° -- East 91 feet, Thence
North 31° 30' West 25 feet to initial point.
Area 2.2 Acres more or less
Said lot being the same as Lot “B” in said correspondence.
Containing Acres, more or less.
To have and to hold the above granted Land unto the said Oahu Railway and Land Company, and it successors and heirs and assigns forever.
