By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and given unto Markie Rycroft, for the consideration of One Hundred and Fifty ($150 00/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale dated January 4th 1896, all that piece of land situate at Kamaili, in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii, and described as follows:
