By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and given unto Charles Furneaux, for the consideration of Ten Hundred and Sixty Six 34/100 ($1066 34/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of Part IX of the Land Act of 1895, all that piece of land situate at Olaa, in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii, ....
