By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and given unto Yeitaro Kobayahsi, for the consideration of Ninety Eight 65/100 ($98 65/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of the Homestead Act of 1890, all that piece of land situate at Kaiwiki, in the District of Hilo, Island of Hawai ....
