By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto C.L. Wight for the consideration of One Hundred and Ninety Two 90/100 ($192 90/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer, and in conformity with Section 17 of Part IV of the Land Act of 1895, all that piece of land situate at Kehena, in the District of Puna, Island of Hawaii and described as follows:
Section 4.
Beginning at mark [triangle] in trail Northwest angle of Section 6 and joining Section 3, Kailioha, the point being North 2949.7 feet and East 2277.9 feet from Government Survey Station Keokea, thence the boundary runs:
