By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto Honokaa Sugar Company, a Corporation duly incorporated under the Laws of the Hawaiian Islands for the consideration of One ($1 00/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer and of the conveyance by said Honokaa Sugar Company to the Hawaiian Government of that strip or parcel of land in Namoku in the District of Hamakua, Hawaii, described in Deed dated the 18th day of March 1897, and recorded in the Registry of Deeds in Liber 172 Page 408, all that piece of land ....
