By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto H.A. Widemann for the consideration of One ($1 x/0) Dollars paid into the Exchequer and of the conveyance by said H.A. Widemann to the Hawaiian Government of that strip or parcel of land on Fort Street in said Honolulu, described in Deed dated this day and recorded in the Registry of Deeds in Liber 168 Pages 498, 499 and 500, all that piece of land situate at Head of Waianae Valley, in the District of Waianae, Island of Oahu and described as follows:
Commencing at a stone on the west side of a gulch, near trail out of gulch: From this stone the Government Survey Station Kauaopuu bears South 0° ....
