AND NOW, on this 26th day of December, A.D. 1918, the information in the above entitled cause coming on for hearing before me, J. Lightfoot, Esquire, First Deputy Attorney General, appearing for the Territory of Hawaii, and no person appearing to contest the said information, evidence was offered and received by the court from which the court finds that the allegations contained in said information are true; that James Knowles of Paauilo, District of Hamakua, Island and Territory of Hawaii, on the 29th day of March, A.D. 1913, at Paauilo aforesa ....
