Liliuokalani, By the Grace of God, Queen of the Hawaiian Islands, By this, Its Her Royal Patent The Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men, that She hath for herself, her heirs and successors It has this day granted and given unto Antone de Medirsh Pirsh, for the consideration of One Hundred and One 40/100 ($101 40/100) Dollars paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Waiakoa Kula in the Island of Maui and describe ....
