Greetings to you, the Honorable Wm. L. .... This land had been a lot which was overrun with weeds /Nohu/ when Kaheana habited there and no one had objected. The witness mentioned above was ill; therefore, one of the land officers was sent to obtain his statements with Kaehu's secretary.
