By this Her its Royal Patent, the Hawaiian Government makes known unto all men, that She it hath for herself, her heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto R.A. Lyman for the consideration of Four Hundred and Thirty-seven ($437.x) Dollars paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Waawaa, Puna, in the Island of Hawaii and described as follows:

Beginning at the East corner of this, at the foot of the Kokola ....

To Have and to Hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple, unto the said R.A. Lyman, his Heirs and Assigns forever.

In Witness Ourself at Honolulu, this Whereof the President of the Provisional Government of the Hawaiian Islands has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Hawaiian Islands  to be hereunto affixed this 22nd day of March. 1894, in the [blank] year of Our Reign.
