Liliuokalani, By the Grace of God, Queen of the Hawaiian Islands: By this Her Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that She has for herself, her heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto J.M. Monsarrat for the consideration of Five Hundred ($500.x) Dollars paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Kolo, South Kona in the Island of Hawaii and described as follows:
