Liliuokalani, By the Grace of God, Queen of the Hawaiian Islands: By this Her Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that She has for herself, her heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto Randal von Tempsky for the consideration of Sixty-nine and 85/100 ($69.85/100) Dollars paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Pulehuiki, Kula, in the Island of Maui and described as follows:

Beginning at a rock marked [triangle] at South angle of Land Commission Award 9019 Apana 3 (Helehua) being also west angle of Land Commission Award 9672 Apana 1 (Napoko), thence the bounda ....
