To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the one whose name is below hereby state my claim for land in the `ili at a ku of Makalii in Kailua, Koolau, Island of Oahu. It consists of two taro mo`o under the konohiki. The boundaries are: makai is Pohakupu, on the west is Manu and Kawailoa and on the east. He had come to reject his interest and had agreed to live under Kanui, the konohiki of the ili land of Makalii at Kailua in Koolaupoko, Oahu. Therefore, the land commissioners have no work on this claim. See Kanui's claim #6249.
