Kalakaua, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this, His Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself, his heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto R.W. Meyer for the consideration of Five hundred dollars, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Kahanui in the Island of Molokai and described as follows:
Commencing at the Government Survey Station Puu Haio on the edge of the Waikolu Valley, From which station the Government Survey Station “Haulaluiki” bears South 8° 43' West (true) 8262 feet “Kaluahauoni” bears North 33° 03' West (true) “Puu Lualuiu” bears South 85° 13' West true) and “Pu ....
