Kalakaua, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this, His Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself, his heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto P. Waha for the consideration of Seven 90/100 Dollars, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Ilililipoko Kipahulu in the Island of Maui and described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Land Commission Award 5217 to Pikonui at the junction of stone walls, and running:
1. North 34 ....
