Kalakaua, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, By this, His Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself, his heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto Aiona (pake) for the consideration of Six Hundred and fifty Dollars, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Kaluaopalena, Kalihi, Kona, in the Island of Oahu and described as follows:
Lot No. 11.
Beginning at a point which is North 26° East magnetic of 10° declination, 45 feet from the Kaluaopalena Rock, as laid down on the Government Survey Map, from said rock Diamond Head bears by Meridian therein used 313° 13' and running by Magnetic courses of 10° East declination as follows:
South 28° West 110 feet along Kikeke Award,
