.... s;s land from Kalualoa in 1838. Kipu was evicted in 1850 by E. Kuhia.
The tenants left to live elsewhere because of E. Kuhia's ill treatment and Kipi is on my place. Kipi has not been cultivating on his land since the day he was evicted. Nahulu is working on the land under the konohiki and not under Kipi.
