To the Land Commissioners: I, I. Umalele, am the occupant of a house lot parcel at Lahaina in the claim of Kaohana. It was gotten from Kaaimalalo and Haehae and conveyed absolutely to Kaohana without his having to live under them and their heirs. It has been held from the time of the trial of Rev. Wm. Richards until today. The diagram of this lot is below. The length is 12 and the width is 7 and a half, lying as follows:
