No. 54, [Heirs of Boasa Mahune], E. & H. Grimes
This land is close to the one I had received from a certain chief named Hinau. I had wanted to increase my property, thus I had a lease with Mahune for $50.00 annually. I paid $50.00 in advance and the papers were made. Those papers were then with the people I had a lease, the Grimes.
