Kamehameha III, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Paul F. Manini, his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of Twenty seven 16/100 Dollars ($27.16) Waimano, Ewa [sic.], paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of Land situated at Kahapepe & Pualehua, Waimano, Ewa in the Island of Oahu and described as follows:

Commencing at stake at South corner of this land by stream joining Kilau and running
North 41° 15' East 53 3/12 feet along Kilau to angle, thence
South 83° East 46 2/12 feet to corner, thence
North 1° East 1 Chain 20 1/2 feet to auwai, corner, thence
North 58° 15' West 43 3/12 feet along auwai to rock marked +, angle, thence
North 34° West 1 4/10 Chains to corner, thence
South 50° West 29 8/12 feet to corner, thence
North 46° West 56 9/12 feet to stake at kula, corner, thence< ....
