Kamehameha III, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Kuohao, his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of Ten Dollars, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of Land situated at Anana, Waimalo, Ewa in the Island of Oahu and described as follows:
The East half of Anana Kalo land.
Commencing at West corner of this part and running
South 41° 15' East 4 5/100 Chains along Kahaloa to jog, then offset 43 links left to corner, thence
South 54° East 2 Chains to South corner this part, thence
North 49° 15' East 2 58/100 Chains along Pakea to corner, thence
North 48° 30' ....
