Kamehameha III, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Ilikole, his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of Fifteen Dollars and thirty nine cents, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of Land situated at Kahuaiki in the valley of Manoa, in the Island of Oahu, and described as follows:
Commencing at Kukui tree marked AL, the extreme makai boundary of the land standing on Makai edge of stream (East branch) crossing down on East side of the land of this land near junction of middle, West branches and running:
North 57° 30' East 4 Chains 54 feet, following up East branch of stream. The dividing line between this land, and one Walteri[?] Nininapoo to a small kukui tree marked B, standin ....
