To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I have held my land claim at Waihi, mauka of Hoaeae in Ewa on Oahu, since the year 1844 until this day on which I petition you. There are four lo`i, explained as follows: Two lo`i adjoin on the west side of the po`alima lo`is, one of my lo`i at Kiaiiole, adjoins the west side on the east side of the land of Kapili, one of my lo`i is at Kalokoeli adjoining the house lot.

Land from Namauu at the time of Liholiho. Kaneahuea's landlord Puoa has taken the grapevines and banks because of the work done previously by the konohiki in 1848. This place is for Kealaiki - 3 taro patches and the pasture.
Kamii, sworn, he has known in the same way as Kaneahuea. He believes the grape vines are for Kealaiki.
