To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: My land and house lot claim at Piliamoo, in the middle of Waikiki, Island of Oahu, is from the time of Kamehameha I until this day on which I petition you. On the north is the land of Kalama, on the east, the land of Kahai, on the south and west a stream. One kula adjoins makai of the stream. The boundaries of the house lot are: on the north, the lot of Kuahine, on the east, the stream, on the south and the west, unused kula.

This interest has been filed with the land officers. I hereby relinquish my rights to that land section and Kaaikauna's name shall appear on the certificate of the land officers. I shall not make any appeals in the courts and I shall assume the responsibility should there arise any objections to his interest in this place. In truth, I attach my signature before these witnesses on this date as mentioned above.
