To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the undersigned, hereby tell of my land claim, for one fish pond at Honuakaha, one half of a taro lo`i in the `ili of Kaaweoweo, adjoining Kewalo, a salt bed at Kukuluaeo, /and 5 half of a taro /lo`i/ in the `ili of Kewalo.

Mauka, Waikiki, and Makai, also Ewa, are for Kauhi.
My interest is from Newa in the year 1847 and Newa's claim is from Kauhi, yet no one objects to Newa's life at present, it is peaceful.
Postponed and will be resumed when Newa, Keoho and Kauahi are present.
