Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell of my land claim consisting of my two lo`i at Mooiki in Waikiki. I got this place in the time of Kamehameha II and have held them peacefully with no objections.
I also have a bulrush lo`i at Kawaiaala in Waikiki which I was given by Kahue in the year 1841. This place has been mine with no objections.

Kaia's land is from Kahue, who was a konohiki under Aikake in the year 1841 or probably 1842 and has lived comfortably without objections to this time.
