.... aniani died probably in the year 1846 and had bequested to Kalaimamahu. He is still living and my husband had definitely approved of my sale on the 3rd day of November 1847 just as it is indicated in the bill of sale such as a notarization and the signatures of six witnesses. No one has ever objected to this time.
