Kakaihili's land was from Kalilikauoha, and Kaihe's land was from Kilikaa and my first knowledge of it was that it was for Puaahala, from formerly, and Kamehameha I wanted the land, and just afterwards the pond was transferred to Wawaia until now. That is all.
Kauka, sworn, It is true that the pond was for Puaahala, but, because of the noho hoahanau ana,* the pond was permanently transferred into /the boundaries of/ Wawaia. The boundaries are exactly as Kaaioha has stated them. My knowledge of this is the same, nothing is different.
