.... ka and Waikiki sides have been enclosed. I had given Kapahi this land at the time Poki had gone to Kahiki and died. Kapahi's sister had lived there since that time until her death, then I gave the land to Kapahi at the time of Kinau. This was done by a sale. I had received my interest from Kekaakua and Kekaakua had received his claim from Poe.
