To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my land claim at Kapauhuluhulu in Nuuanu. There are six taro patches, one on the west and five on the east, totalling six, Also I claim my little kula and my house lot.

Kuaana, sworn, This place is in Kapouuluulu, Honolulu aina.
1. First lot called Kaukahaku, bounded:
Mauka by Keaniaole's land
Waititi by Paki's
Makai by Kekuaiwaihie's land, Ewa also.
Claimant has one house on it - it is not fenced, nor cultivated.
2. Second lot, bounded:
Mauka by Keauiaole's land
Waititi by Kekuaiwaihie's Makai also and Ewa.

There are five patches on this section but there is no fence and no house. Pahili's first three sections had been for Paopao during Kinau's time and Pahili had lived there comfortably until he registered his claim and that was the time Paopao, the wife of Uhuuhu had objected (to this claim).
And the fourth section is from Uhuuhu; he is the husband of Paopao and a friend of Pahili. Pahili had received this land from Kinau and no one had objected."
