Know, O Land Commissioners officiating on the Island of Oahu, in the capital at Honolulu: I, I. Kaiwi, hereby tell of my house lot claim in Hilo, in the Ahupua`a called Kukuau, giving the dimensions as follows:
The lot makai of the road: 363 feet long, mauka side, 407 feet long on the Hilo side, 308 feet long on the makai side, adjoining M.W. /?/, 385 feet long on the Waiakea side.
