To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: Concerning the claim which we had tried before the Supreme Court Judges, I hereby tell you of the three patches which were awarded to me because of your gracious instructions, I hereby tell you the measurements: Patch One is 11 fathoms, 11 feet, Patch Two is 56 fathoms, 11 feet 5 inches. Kapehe (Female), sworn, M. Kekuanaoa has opposed to my pond which is adjacent to Kuuiliwili pond in Honolulu, Kona. This is on behalf of the government, the interest of which runs into my lcaim and here is my decision.
I, hereby reject my interest in that pond from tis day forward and forever and I shall claim those tings which are left in my own interset as mine forever.
