To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my two claims for farm land. They are two valleys, named Kanenelu and Kalauli, in Kalihi, Island of Oahu. I have lived there many years.

.... this action by the konohiki appears as if it had been eviction and it is not right. I believe Keawepoepoe has a true claim in this land and is in accordance with the law.Keaka had died of small pox and the land has been bequested to her daughter called Keaka. She still lives today and her parents had taken care of the land.
