.... e has some cousins who live in Ewa on their own land. Kukuiaina himself has said that the two sections in Waikele are for the konohiki. This has been mentioned in his (Kukuiaina) writ of objection.
Pupuka, sworn and stated, "My testimony for this land is the same as Kekuhaiole's report which he has just given here."
