Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell you of my house lot claim which is in Honolulu at a place called Mulihopu. It is bounded on the north by the lot of Keaweluahi, on the east by the lot also of Keaweluahi, on the south by my little land, on the west by the land of Kaleimoku. My wahine, Naweuweu, lived with her makuas in this place in the time of Kameha-meha I. I married Naweuweu in the time of the commotion ....
