.... 39;s land, toward the sea and
my land, Ewa.

4. And for the fourth section of land, the boundaries are:
Kekino's land toward the mountain
Kaunuohua, Waikiki
my land, toward the sea and
Kau-nuohua, Ewa.

Keahilele had received his land from his father, Kaekae in the year 1845. Kaekae is now dead. The second section had been to Keahilele from Piena and was received without any cost. The third section had been from Kaekae, the fourth parcel from Piena and this is the place for which Kekino is protesting.

Piena, sworn and said, "I have seen this property exactly as Keo (has said). Parcels two and four are from me and parcels three and one are from his father."
