To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my claim for land and house at Kawaihapai in Waialua, Oahu. .... dead & his heirs are satisfied with the allodial title in Kawaihapai.
I might perhaps get more information in respect to two or three persons, by keeping this and spending a day's time in hunting up the other persons, but I cannot well spare the time, and I do not think that they will ever wish to hear from the claims again.
