To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my land and kula claim. The land is at Ohua in Waikele, Ewa, Island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by a koele and the house of Hana; on the east kula of mine, and the pond of Hana; on the south the moo aina of Keauhee; on the west a breadfruit and the house of Pi. .... reclaimed. Kuhano feels it is well that the land had been possessed by Hana. These two patches which have been reclaimed are included in these boundaries and Hana has them.
Kuhano was living royally while he was ill; therefore, Hana had repossessed (the patches); no one had objected.
Ohule, sworn and stated, I have seen this property exactly as Nalii has just said here.
