To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my land and house claim. This land is at Poohilo in Honouliuli, Ewa, Island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by the land of Manaole, on the east by the houses of Oni and the land of Kaekuna, on the south by the Pond of Aimea and Kanenelu, on the west by the land of Kupalii, and also some of my houses which stand there. The second of my claims is bounded on the north by the land of Kahakai, on the east by the land of Kapule, on the south by the stream of Pue ....
