Kamau, sworn and stated, I have seen the house site of Niau at Kaapapua.
The boundaries are:
Kaawa's place, Waikiki;
His (Niau) place, mountainside
Iona Pehu's land, Ewa and
My land is toward the sea
The property fence is the only enclosure, but he area where the wall may be built has been established and there is one house there which is for Niau. Kaawa had given Niau this interest during the time of Kaomi and he has lived there in peace since then to the present time. No ne has interest there, except Niau.

.... heir wife. Upon her death in 1850, it was bequested to her new husband, Kau, he is now deceased. I understand this claim is for Keanu because Niau's sister was the wife of Keanu, she is dead. My interest was given to him, on which to live with his wife. Keanu built the adobe house which is still standing on that place and I am the laborer of those patches under Keanu.
Kaawa, sworn, I do know, it is true there are 3 patches and a house site. The statements made above are true.
