I, N. Hooliliamanu, hereby tell you, the Land Commissioners, of my absolute acquisition of my place of residence. Here are the persons from whom I acquired my house lot, some by purchase and some by my own right; From Kuamawaho from Opunui, from Keaniani, from Kaleimamahu and from the government. The dimensions are: on the makai side along the Government Road, 26 fathoms, on the mauka side, 26 fathoms, on the side adjoining Isaac Montgomery's place, 64 feet 8 inches, on the stream side, 6 fathoms 1 foot. The circumference of this house lot parcel is 70 fathoms, 5 feet 8 inches. It is shown below:

Kapu, sworn, I know this place which is a house lot in Honolulu, bounded:
Mauka by Opunui & Kahoomana's places
Ewa by Kooke's (George Sandwich)
Makai by chapel Street
Waititi by Keamane's place.
Claimant received this land in 1844 which he purchased form Opunui for 30 dollars. It is fenced and has two houses; 1 a large stone house, the other a grass one. Claimant alone lives there with his family. No one else has any claim there. The purchase only respects about half of the place. He recei ....

2. No. 813 - Hooliliamanu.
I, Nehemia Hooliliamanu, have requested of Keaniani a portion of land from this property which is fourteen feet on the oceanside and one foot on the mountain-side. It is a very small section and Keaniani has given me his consent. I, too, have given a certain part of land of my property that I had received from Elisai Opunui to Keaniani. That is the transaction of the parcels of land of our (two) lots. The words in the above lines have been fulfilled and we attach our signatures below here on this day.

I, Kuamawaho, convey to Hooliliamanu that house site to be for him. Opunui's property which was acquired by Hooliliamanu very recently, all of that property shall be possessed by him according to my way of life, and it shall be inherited by his own heirs unto the end. The words above have been fulfilled; therefore we attach our signatures on this date.
